Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for a large-scale multifamily project in Ashburn, VA. You will support the Senior Superintendent and take ownership of designated portions of the work, coordinating across concrete, wood framing, and MEP systems to meet schedules and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction leadership experience.
• Ground-up multifamily or hotel construction experience required.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Superintendent in managing all phases of ground-up multifamily construction.
• Own designated portions of the project and manage daily field operations and subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate construction activities across structural concrete, wood framing, and MEP systems.
