You will review proposals, estimates, contracts, and scopes of work; communicate revisions to clients; collaborate with superintendents; manage budgets, schedules, and safety; and provide monthly progress reports to Exec Management.

Five+ years of construction mgmt experience required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of construction management experience or equivalent.
• Ability to review proposals, estimates, contracts and scopes of work.
• Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficient in budgeting, scheduling and progress reporting.
• Knowledge of safety programs and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals, estimates, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Communicate contract revisions to clients and implement revisions.
• Collaborate with superintendents to develop work plans and resources.
• Approve work plans and monitor deployment by field teams.
• Manage multiple projects and budgets over $5M.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for Executive Management.
• Coordinate permitting with local authorities and track permits.
• Identify and control project costs; forecast to complete.
• Validate shop drawings and manage submittals with vendors.
