Job summary

Unknown Employer in Florida seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The PM will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards, while managing project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, expertise in AIA billing (G702/G703), budgeting, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Experience with AIA billing, G702/G703, and change orders.
• Construction or Engineering degree preferred but not required.
• Contractor, Architecture, or Engineering license preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with construction management software; Foundation Construction Management Software is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms preferred.

• Coordinate required inspections and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with problem-solving and provide technical guidance to project teams.

• Construction or Engineering degree preferred but not required.
