Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Site Development Engineer to support civil design, site planning, and project development across multiple U.S. sites. The role focuses on producing constructible site plans and BOMs for bidding and construction teams.

The ideal candidate has civil design experience in construction or renewables, skills in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and a path toward PE licensure or FE candidacy. Salary range is provided with potential performance bonuses.

Qualifications

Experience in civil design for construction, transportation, renewables, or industrial sectors.
Experience in programming for design automation.
Licensed Professional Engineer or FE candidate or pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

Develop Preliminary Site Plans and Bills of Materials to support project development and bidding.
Review documents and provide technical support including ALTA surveys, topographic assessments, and environmental site assessments.
Produce high-quality, constructable Site Plans and Bills of Materials for engineering and construction teams.
Perform fundamental civil design work including surface analysis, watershed analysis, and preliminary grading.
Collaborate with other departments to support execution and schedule adherence.
Attend internal and external meetings and contribute to process improvements.
