Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum of 3 years of civil site design experience required.
• Stormwater management experience required.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete engineering design, analyses, and preparation of plans, specs, and reports for land development projects (site layout, grading, drainage, utility infra).
• Develop design calculations, memorandums, and construction documents under senior guidance.
• Identify and resolve technical discrepancies per engineering practices and permitting requirements.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate design efforts to support schedules, budgets, and constructability.
• Lead portions of land development projects with oversight from senior staff, coordinating with survey, environmental, and permitting teams.
