The role involves applying advanced engineering expertise to planning, design, permitting, and execution of land development projects, while owning key components and mentoring junior engineers.

You will coordinate across disciplines, ensure projects stay on schedule and budget, and deliver buildable solutions that create lasting value for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of civil site design experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Experience with municipal engineering clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for land development projects including site layout, grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staff.
• Monitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize design or delivery issues.
• Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
• Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff.
