Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D preferred.
- Experience with civil site design, land development, utilities or infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand engineering plans and survey information.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Develop site plans, grading plans, utility plans, profiles, details, and other civil design documents.
- Assist with design of water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and other utility infrastructure.
- Incorporate survey information, existing conditions, and engineering design information into plan sets.
- Revise drawings based on engineering direction, field information, and client comments.
- Coordinate drawings and technical information with engineers, surveyors, and other disciplines.
- Assist with preparation of plan sets for permitting, bidding, and construction.
- Maintain organized project files and CAD standards.

This position will work closely with engineers, surveyors, and other technical staff to develop detailed plans and construction documents for a variety of public- and private-sector projects.
