Job summary

Olsson is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex site design and development projects in the Nebraska region. You will manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, coordinating internal resources and client communications across multiple teams.

Ideal candidates hold a PE or LA license and have extensive experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, with a track record of delivering high-quality, on-time results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• Registered Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Leads project teams and coordinates internal resources.
• Manages contract negotiations and change requests.
• Ensures quality and client satisfaction on complex projects.
• Mentors staff on project management best practices.
