Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Civil Engineer to support the Mid-Atlantic Region. This role can be based in Richmond, VA, or other listed offices, and will perform site civil design and project management for municipal and industrial facilities.

You will lead site layouts, grading, hydraulic modeling, and permitting, coordinate with clients, mentor junior staff, and may travel locally as needed. A BS in Civil Engineering and a PE license with 8+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in site civil projects.
• BS degree in Civil Engineering or related.
• PE License.

Responsibilities

• Lead site civil design and permitting for municipal and industrial facilities.
• Manage planning, design, and permitting to meet contracts and specifications.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate resources and schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
