Job summary

Elon University is seeking a Civil Rights Compliance Training and Case Manager in the Human Resources department on Elon Campus. The role reports to the Director of Compliance and Title IX Coordinator and focuses on training, outreach, and confidential case management related to civil rights laws including Title IX, Title VI, Title VII and ADA/504.

Responsibilities include maintaining confidential files, serving as intake for reports, developing training programs, and coordinating with campus

Qualifications

• Master's degree with background in Student Affairs, HR training and development, HR Employee Relations or Public Policy training and development.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in Title IX or Civil Rights compliance, facilitation, and/or case management.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with Civil Rights laws and policies including Title IX.
• Coordinate intake and response to discrimination/harassment reports with compliance leadership.
• Provide case management support to faculty, staff and students under Civil Rights laws.
• Develop and deliver training on Title IX and Civil Rights compliance to diverse campus audiences.
• Contribute to policy development and implementation for sexual harassment and related policies.
