Clark Holdings Inc. in Fort Meade, MD seeks a Quality Control Specialist (Civil) to verify installation, testing, and integrity of civil/site infrastructure, including earthwork, foundations, concrete, steel, paving, drainage and utilities.

The role partners with project management, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure compliance with contract documents and codes (ACI, ASTM, AASHTO, AWS, DOT) and to close punch lists efficiently.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, site infrastructure, concrete placement, structural steel, or QA/QC.

Responsabilidades

• Review contract documents and submittals for compliance.
• Inspect installation of earthwork, subgrade, concrete, rebar, structural steel, paving, drainage, and utilities.
• Ensure conformance to contract docs and codes (ACI, ASTM, AASHTO, AWS, DOT).
• Witness and verify field/lab testing: soil density, concrete slump/air, cylinder breaks, asphalt density, underground testing.
• Collaborate with PMs, subs, geotech, and inspectors to resolve non-conforming work and close punch lists.
