Andersen James Group seeks a Civil Engineer with a Texas PE to support municipal and community infrastructure projects in Texas.

This role blends hands-on engineering, project management, and client interaction across water, wastewater, drainage, streets, and utilities.

Opportunity for project ownership, mentoring junior staff, and broader responsibilities within an employee-owned firm.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Active Texas Professional Engineer license is required.
• Approximately 4+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience with municipal infrastructure, water/wastewater, drainage, utilities or related design.
• Ability to prepare and review plans and calculations.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills; mentoring junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Design civil infrastructure projects including water and wastewater systems, drainage, streets and utilities.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, plans, specs, and technical reports.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, regulatory agencies and internal teams.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure accurate designs and standards compliance.
• Guide and mentor EITs, designers and technical staff.
• Participate in client meetings and support projects through design and construction.
