CPH is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm that ranks in the nation’s Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine. We are seeking a Project Manager (PE) to join and help lead our dynamic team in Sanford, FL or Miami, FL!

The Project Manager is accountable for the week-to-week execution and management of assigned projects such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk; while leading a production team and coordinating subcontractors, permitting, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Active professional licensure (P.E., RA, P.S.M.).
• 5+ years of progressive professional experience within the A/E/C industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project production, delivery, and client updates.
• Build and maintain the project plan with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and negotiate EWAs and scope changes with clients.
• Create and maintain Smartsheet and align with financial reporting.
• Lead a production team through weekly project reviews and coaching.
• Track labor budget vs actuals and flag variances.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and coordinate with PM, PFA, and PC.
• Prepare pre-bills and billing notes; support collections.
• Enforce safety and maintain project files.
