Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 6+ years of civil engineering design experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale, multi-phase civil site development projects for mission critical clients.
• Prepare and oversee development of construction drawings for site grading, water, sewer, and storm drainage.
• Lead project teams to meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance and updates.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and execution.
• Monitor project performance including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support proposal development and contribute to project planning.
