Responsibilities

• Perform project development for complex civil projects, finalize scope, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Manage day-to-day project management on multiple projects to meet time and budget milestones.
• Prepare designs, specifications, plans, estimates and reports for projects.
• Review job cost sheets and prepare monthly billings within budget.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with clients and agencies.
