You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality engineering documents to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in system design principles relevant to civil engineering projects.
• Experience with construction estimating techniques.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and other relevant engineering software tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing and maintaining client relationships, project budgets, and schedules.
• Manage the technical and financial performance of assigned projects.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of high-quality engineering documents and deliverables.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust resources as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities for additional services with existing clients and assist with proposals for new work.
• Participate in professional organizations, conferences, and industry events to support business development.
• Mentor and develop staff through on-the-job training, performance feedback, and project reviews.
• Communicate regularly with the Senior Project Manager regarding project status, technical challenges, staffing needs, and financial performance.
