Entellus is a civil engineering, land surveying, and construction services firm focused on creating a connected, values-driven workplace. You will design roadways, pedestrian and utility projects, prepare plans and cost estimates, and integrate client feedback to deliver high-quality design solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering with 7+ years of experience and a PE license (or ability to obtain within a year).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within one year.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office. Strong Excel skills are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for meetings, client consultations, and site inspections.
• A detail-oriented, self-motivated, and professional approach.
• A team-first mindset, sound judgment, and commitment to integrity and quality.

Responsibilities

Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 - $200,000 Additional compensation includes pay for every hour worked, bonus opportunities, and 401(k) profit sharing.
