Key Responsibilities
- Develop project scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract terms
- Manage budgets, schedules, and technical resources for project completion
- Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention
- Supervise, mentor, and develop technical staff
- Maintain quality control across all project phases
- Provide technical direction for land development projects
- Prepare and oversee design plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Exercise sound judgment and organizational skills
- Manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of relevant experience in land development or related civil engineering fields
- Arizona PE license, or ability to obtain within 3 months
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and satisfy client needs
- Proven success in initiating client contact, negotiating contracts, and securing referrals
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
