Entellus, Inc. is seeking a qualified Civil Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater team in Phoenix, Arizona. The role oversees engineers and staff in developing plans, specs, reports, and cost estimates for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

You will coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and contractors, oversee hydraulic calculations and modeling, and contribute to business development and fee proposals. A BS in Engineering with 10-15+ years of experience and AZ P.E.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 10-15+ years of experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona, or ability to become registered within six months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with Entellus staff and external clients.

Responsabilités

• Design and construction oversight of water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, modeling, calculations, and QA/QC processes.
• Familiar with hydraulic calculations, hydraulic modeling, and pump selection.
• Coordinate with client/owner, subconsultants, contractors, and utility companies during design and construction.
• Assist with business development and preparing qualification-based proposals.
• Develop and negotiate scopes of work and fee proposals with client/owner.

Entellus, Inc. is seeking a qualified Civil Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater team in Phoenix, Arizona.

This position will require you to oversee engineers and technical staff in the development of plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates in the design and construction oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure. Projects may include booster pump stations, wells, storage tanks, lift stations, odor control, water/wastewater treatment, and water/sewer lines and force mains. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Skills/Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 10-15+ years of experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona, or the ability to become registered within six months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to interact and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with Entellus staff and external clients.
• Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections, etc.
• Detail-oriented, professional attitude, team player, and self-starter.

Salary Range is $140,000 - $200,000 (+ Paid for every hour worked, Bonus, and 401 (k) profit share).
