• Leads collaboration with trade contractors to meet budget and schedule.
• Forecasts project cost and profitability.
• Reviews drawings and submittals.
• Documents, negotiates and processes change orders.
• Communicates with clients, architects, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develops project schedules using Lean Construction techniques.
