Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with heavy civil, site development, or utilities preferred.
• Strong MS Excel data analysis and cost tracking abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination across offices and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor workflows with project managers.
• Review civil blueprints, specs, and contracts for compliance.
• Maintain document control, RFIs, submittals, and logs.
• Support preconstruction estimating and bid solicitations.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality and safety.
• Track project costs and support field problem solving.
