Kokosing, a leading general contractor, seeks a Civil/Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale civil and utility projects from the Point Pleasant, WV office. You will direct teams, interpret plans, and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

Key duties include maintaining CPM schedules, controlling costs, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, and preparing reports, change orders, and cost analyses.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• At least 2 years of related field experience.
• Strong scheduling and cost management understanding.

Responsabilités

• Analyze plans and ensure progress meets specs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with CPM and two-week look-ahead.
• Prepare cost, invoicing, and change order documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site.
