Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of related field experience.
• Strong knowledge of plans, specifications, and construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand plans and specifications.
• Monitor progress and ensure conformance to plans and safety standards.
• Produce or direct CPM schedules and look-ahead planning.
• Prepare reports, plans, and cost and income projections.
• Maintain project costs and assist with change orders and claims.
