Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules; manage two-week look-ahead.
• Control costs and monitor production budgets; report variances.
• Coordinate subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices.
• Review progress billings and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
