BeInBA in Richmond or Lynchburg seeks a Civil Project Engineer to lead land development and infrastructure projects within the Civil Engineering Department. Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering is required.
• Virginia or NC PE registration or reciprocity within 3 months.
• 6–10 years of land development and site design experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and knowledge of civil design regulations.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design complex land development and infrastructure projects for federal and state government clients.
• Manage design stages from concept through construction documents and construction administration.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions and ensure project success.
• Mentor junior engineers and support proposal efforts to expand project opportunities.
• Navigate environmental permitting, stormwater management, and utility design considerations.
