Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer II/III - Structure & Bridge Design candidate for our Richmond, VA office or remote work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform design of steel piles, steel connections, and cast-in-place concrete slabs.
• Understand renewable energy nomenclature.
• Assist in developing project scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Support project and task management.
• Contribute to marketing and proposal efforts.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• At least 2 years of solar structure design experience.
• PE license is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in LPile, Mathcad, Excel, AutoCAD; Excel/AutoCAD interoperability is a plus.
