Job summary

Timmons Group in Raleigh, NC seeks a Civil Project Engineer II/III to join the Structures and Bridge Design Group. Work includes bridge, building, renewable energy, and ancillary structures from design to project delivery.

Requirements include a Civil/Structural engineering degree, 2+ years in the field, and proficiency with MicroStation/AutoCAD. A PE license is a plus; NBIS certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in structural and/or bridge design is expected.
• PE license is a plus and beneficial for progression.

Responsibilities

• Perform rehabilitation designs for bridges and buildings.
• Conduct bridge load ratings and evaluations.
• Support project planning including scope, schedule, and budget development.
• Assist in project and task management and contribute to proposals.
