Olsson is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Industrial Environmental team in Lincoln, NE. You will apply civil/environmental engineering principles to diverse projects, supervise staff, and manage design and execution from concept to client delivery.

Strong candidates will have a PE, 8+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD. This full-time role offers growth, collaboration, and impact across communities.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• 8+ years of civil/environmental engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares planning and design documents in civil/environmental disciplines.
• Coordinates staff and may supervise lower-level team members.
• Performs design calculations and uses economic analyses for comparing alternatives.
• Develops scope, schedule, budget, and progress reports for projects.
• Coordinates projects with other Olsson teams and clients; maintains project records.
• Prepares technical reports and summaries for clients and internal teams.
• Serves as project manager for projects.
• Assist with marketing and proposals.
