Job summary

Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for land development and other site projects. A Civil Project Engineer will apply engineering principles to a broad range of assignments and supervise engineers or technicians to deliver complex, compliant designs.

Responsibilities include planning, design calculations, cost estimates, project coordination with clients, and potential project management of small initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 6+ years of related Civil Engineering experience.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Prepares planning and design documents in civil engineering disciplines.
• Performs design calculations, cost estimates, and evaluates alternatives.
• Coordinates projects with Olsson teams and clients, reviews progress, and maintains records.
• May supervise staff and contribute to marketing and proposals.
• Independently performs assignments on complex projects.
