Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our team in Tulsa, OK, with responsibilities spanning planning, design, and coordination across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of civil engineering experience and a PE license, with strong communication and leadership capabilities.

In this role you will work on a variety of land development projects, collaborate with internal Olsson teams and clients, and potentially oversee small projects as the project manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Minimum 6 years of civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare planning and design documents in civil engineering discipline.
• Perform design calculations, cost estimates, and economic analyses.
• Assist with project scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Olsson teams and clients; lead design tasks and review work.
• May serve as project manager on small projects.
• Independently handle complex assignments.
