Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, EIT certification, and 3-5 years of practical experience in land development projects. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in design and plan preparation for site-civil land development.
• Ability to obtain PE certification within 6 to 12 months.
• Experience preparing PA NPDES Permits and stormwater management permits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design of various projects throughout the Midwest.
• Coordinate with other teams for comprehensive service delivery.
• Prepare detailed design plans and feasibility documents.
