The role emphasizes QA/QC, regulatory coordination, and collaboration with design teams. A BS in Civil Engineering is required; PE license or EIT on track with several years of related experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license (or EIT on track to PE) with several years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports project team toward preparation of plans and specifications for each project.
• Performs engineering computations to design engineering projects.
• Communicates with governmental/regulatory staff and represents clients at hearings or meetings.
• Maintains QA/QC of work with respect to budget, schedule, and plans.
• Advises field engineers, contractors, and inspectors during construction.
