Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• EIT certification — held or obtainable within six months of hire.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Grading, drainage, utility, and roadway design for residential and commercial subdivisions.
• Civil 3D production and plan-set development.
• Coordination with Survey, Operations, and local agencies.
• Supporting senior PEs on developer communication.
• Construction support and field coordination.
• Progressively assuming independent project responsibility.
