Job summary

CPH is an interdisciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm seeking a Civil Project Engineer, EIT to join the Community Development team in Tampa, FL. The role provides technical and administrative support across the project lifecycle, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in best practices and project management.

Key duties include planning, design, drafting, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• 2+ years of experience with site design projects; municipal projects a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Civil 3D, grading, drainage, and ICPR.
• EI/EIT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and maintain documentation: reports, drawings, specifications.
• Conduct inspections and quality control to ensure standards.
• Support project design and development through research and analysis.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in proposals and progress reporting.
