Skelly and Loy, A Terracon Company, is seeking qualified candidates for a civil engineering position. The ideal candidate will:

Responsibilities include:

• Design stormwater management systems using hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) modelling software.
• Perform engineering analyses and calculations.
• Prepare Land Development Plans.
• Develop construction specifications and contracts.
• Perform SCM and Outfall Inspections and review reports.
• Prepare proposals and manage projects.
• Perform construction inspections.
• Assemble NPDES and Wetland and Waterway Permits.
• Design AMD remediation systems.
• Manage team members and communicate with clients.
• Perform quality control reviews of reports and participate in marketing and business development.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience.
• PA PE licensure or ability to obtain it.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years in Civil Engineering design.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Municipal engineering, MS4 permitting, Green Stormwater Infrastructure, GPS survey, Land Development, NPDES, Highway Permits, Soil testing, Project Management experience.
