Job summary

QntmLogic, LLC. is seeking a Civil Project Engineer in Fort Myers, FL to support site development projects while progressing toward PE licensure and Project Manager responsibilities. The role offers hands‑on involvement in design, permitting, project coordination, and client interaction, with increasing ownership of projects.

You will work on grading, drainage, utilities, and road design, coordinate with municipalities, and mentor junior engineers as you gain independent project responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years civil engineering experience focused on land development.
• EI/EIT certification.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with site grading, drainage/stormwater, utility design, and permitting.
• Ability to manage project tasks independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design land development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, roads, and site layout.
• Prepare and review engineering plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Perform engineering calculations and technical design work.
• Prepare permit applications and coordinate with municipalities and agencies.
• Manage project tasks, schedules, and deliverables with increasing independence.
• Coordinate with clients, EITs, CAD designers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support project delivery.
• Contribute to client relationships and business development activities.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
