Description

Overall Responsibility: We are looking for a Civil/Site Development Project Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities include technical management and oversight for existing or new projects, acting as client/Company liaison to represent the Company's interests and maintain good relationships with clients.

Essential Functions:

• Manage and coordinate design and construction phase services for Site/Civil projects with internal staff and external partners.
• Ensure Civil/Site deliverables, schedules, and budgets are met.
• Manage project documents including scope, outline, budget, and schedule.
• Perform Civil/Site engineering work, site investigations, and inspections.
• Identify internal and external resources and assign team members.
• Ensure procedures comply with company standards.
• Act as client/Company liaison, informing both about project status.
• Represent the company at project meetings.
• Communicate project changes effectively.
• Supervise staff work when assigned.
• Coordinate with management to review project statuses.
• Assist in scope and fee development with Project Managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects.

Secondary Functions:

• Perform duties as assigned by supervision and management.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Minimum:

• Experience in site planning, hydrological and hydraulic analyses, stormwater management, grading, and drainage documentation.
• BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering or related, with professional registration (PE/CCM/PMP) preferred.
• Progressive experience in civil/site development engineering, with 10+ years industry experience and 3-5 years project management experience.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Ability to work in the US and meet security requirements.
