Brown and Caldwell seeks two Senior Civil Engineers to lead high-performing Civil Engineering teams delivering water, wastewater, and remediation solutions for clients across the West. The Civil Portfolio Discipline Leaders will oversee multiple offices, guide design management, and mentor engineers in Hawaii and other states.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer registration or applicable licensure is required.
• Typically will become certified in BC's Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) Framework and progress through the SMS competencies.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise design discipline employees, including day-to-day oversight, performance feedback, and support for training and development.
• Provide regular communication and/or meetings with the design discipline team to discuss workload for current and upcoming projects.
• Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of engagement, growth, and accountability.
• Oversee workload planning, performance management, and team operations to align resources with business objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
