Brown and Caldwell seeks two Senior Civil Engineers to lead high-performing teams delivering water, wastewater, and remediation solutions across North America. The Civil Portfolio Discipline Leaders (PDL) will guide multi-office staff, manage workload, and mentor engineers while ensuring design quality and timely project delivery.

Leaders will represent the civil discipline within delivery teams, coordinate with PMs and DMs, and support sales with technical input and design standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of a civil design team.
• Experience managing multiple projects and staff across offices.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Supervise design discipline employees and provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate workload and staffing across offices to meet project needs.
• Support sales efforts with technical input and proposals.
• Develop design scope, schedule, and effort estimates with PMs/DMs.
• Mentor and develop team while ensuring quality and compliance.
