Proteinea is seeking an experienced Civil PMO Team Leader to direct project management office activities across civil construction projects, ensuring effective planning, controls, performance monitoring, reporting, and coordination to meet project objectives.

You will lead the Civil PMO team, oversee scheduling, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder communications, and drive standardized PMO processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 7–10 years in PMO, project controls, or PM.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the Civil PMO team and ensure effective monitoring and reporting.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and performance management.
• Monitor performance against baseline schedules, budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Review risks and deviations and develop recovery and corrective action plans.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil PMO Team Leader to lead project management office activities across civil construction projects, ensuring effective planning, project controls, performance monitoring, reporting, and coordination to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Civil PMO team, ensuring effective project monitoring and reporting.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and performance management across projects.
• Monitor project performance against baseline schedules, budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Review project risks, delays, and deviations and develop recovery and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Planning, Cost Control, Technical, Procurement, and Site teams.
• Prepare and review weekly/monthly project reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Lead project review meetings and follow up on key actions, decisions, and deliverables.
• Support change management, variations, claims, and project controls activities.
• Establish and maintain standardized PMO processes, reporting systems, and performance standards.
• Provide management with project insights, forecasts, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Mentor and develop PMO Engineers to improve team performance and project control capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, Planning, or Project Management.
• Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong background in infrastructure, industrial, or contracting projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost management, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing mega projects is highly preferred.
