Job summary

Proteinea is seeking a Civil PMO Engineer to support planning, monitoring, and coordination of civil projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality standards.

You will develop schedules, monitor KPIs, and produce weekly/monthly management reports while collaborating with PMO, Planning, Cost Control, Technical, Procurement, and Site teams. Experience with mega projects is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-6 years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, Planning, or Project Management within civil construction.
• Strong experience in infrastructure, industrial, or contracting projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of project scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience with mega projects is highly preferred.

• Participate in project review meetings and follow up on actions.
