  • Coordinate with internal departments and external organizations to obtain and communicate project schedule information.
  • Support the development and maintenance of work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity coding frameworks aligned with project standards. Identify and track critical path, near-critical path, and schedule deviations.
  • Develop and maintain schedule status reports, metrics, dashboards, and executive summaries used to evaluate and measure schedule, project and program performance, for both internal and client audiences.
  • Monitor progress against approved baselines and key project milestones to identify variances and support schedule revisions as needed.
  • Assist in conducting what-if scenarios and time impact analysis (TIA) to support schedule risk evaluation and decision-making.
  • Analyze float paths, observe scheduling trends, and identify potential impacts to project delivery. Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and maintenance of detailed scheduling and project controls process guides.
  • Apply feedback from senior schedulers to improve schedule logic, modeling accuracy, and reporting clarity.
