Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking a Civil or Mechanical Engineering Telecom Co-Op for May - Dec 2027. You will work with experienced engineers on energy and utility projects, from conceptual design to record drawings, including field data collection and cost estimation.

The role requires a BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited) and willingness to travel, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with MicroStation/AutoCAD preferred. Housing/relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum.
• Willing to work full-time during the Summer and Winter semesters from May 2027 - December 2027.
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel and have a valid driver’s license.
• MicroStation or AutoCAD experience or exposure is preferred, but not required.
• Housing, relocation, and transportation assistance are not available for this position.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers on energy and utility projects.
