Our client is experiencing great growth and is in search of a Licensed Professional Engineer with Municipal experience. Join our team as a capable and efficient engineer, making major design determinations under the general direction of Senior Engineers at our Marple and/or Valley Township offices. The ideal candidate should have experience in areas including, but not limited to, Chapter 102, NPDES, Chapter 105 permitting, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) permitting and reporting, as well as Subdivision and Land Development. Responsibilities

1. Municipal Plan Review for Zoning, Subdivision, and Land Development.
2. Performing and/or supervising all aspects of project efforts.
3. Project budget tracking.
4. Quality assurance and quality control of projects.
5. Overseeing and mentoring junior engineering staff.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. PE license required.
3. 7-10 years of related experience with commercial, retail, and residential subdivision and land development design and/or review.
4. Experience with site layout design including grading, drainage, erosion & sedimentation control, sanitary sewer, and stormwater management.
5. Preferred computer skills: AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, PondPack, and FlowMaster.
6. Ability to provide expert testimony.
7. Familiarity with Federal, State, & County regulations pertaining to approval processes.
8. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, including proven experience working on multiple projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Skills and Abilities

1. Capable of managing projects, schedules, and staff with direct management of clients.
2. Self-motivated with attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000 per year
