Position Overview:

We are seeking a Civil/Municipal Engineer with 1–5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal infrastructure. This is a growth-focused position ideal for a motivated early-career professional ready to contribute to public works projects and expand their technical and project experience. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of infrastructure design and a desire to learn from a supportive and experienced team. While a Professional Engineer (PE) license is not required, possession of an Engineer In Training (EIT) certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of civil infrastructure projects such as stormwater systems, roadways, and utility networks.
• Assist in the preparation of construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and permitting documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers throughout all project phases.
• Conduct fieldwork, site visits, and inspections under the guidance of senior staff.
• Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to expand technical skills and project understanding.
• Participate in meetings with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support quality control standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in civil/municipal engineering.
• Engineer In Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• Exposure to infrastructure design, permitting, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
