We provide a full range of engineering and consulting services, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, environmental, geotechnical, municipal engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, code enforcement, plan review, construction management, materials testing, and grant writing across the Mid-Atlantic region.

We seek a client-focused engineer with experience and a desire to join our municipal engineering team. The Municipal Engineer will develop and maintain client relations, attend meetings (including public input), and handle multiple projects involving diverse team members. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with municipal officials to meet community needs
• Attend public meetings as a representative
• Review plans for subdivisions and land developments
• Ensure construction compliance with municipal approvals
• Manage and design infrastructure projects (roads, sewer, water, parks)
• Review bid specifications and oversee construction management
• Prepare and review project estimates and proposals
• Manage clients and projects, and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• Minimum seven years’ civil engineering experience in municipal projects; PA PE license preferred
• Experience in client relations and business development
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D (preferred)
• Ability to attend evening meetings
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain PA clearances
