Qualifications

• Prior experience overseeing civil scopes on Solar EPC projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site civil construction activities.
• Supervise and mentor General Foremen and craft labor.
• Schedule and manage labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Support project close-out and quality assurance efforts.
