Job summary

Westinghouse Electric seeks a Civil/Mechanical Superintendent for a solar project in Juno Beach, FL. This 1-year on-site W‑2 contract puts you in the owner’s representative role to oversee civil and structural construction, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and performance per the Scope of Work.

Your day-to-day includes reviewing safety and contract documents, drawings and SWPPP, coordinating with EPC teams, leading field walks, and conducting QA/QC checks. Per diem is available.

Opportunity Overview

Civil/Mechanical Superintendent, Solar based in Juno Beach, FL. 1‑year contract (W‑2). Owner’s representative overseeing civil and structural aspects of solar plant construction and ensuring the EPC adheres to safety, quality, schedule and performance expectations as defined by the Scope of Work and contractual commitments.

Location: On construction site for duration of project; Juno Beach, FL (per diem available).

Reports To: Construction Manager Solar, Engineering and Construction.

Your Day-to-Day

• Review Safety Documents and Policies

• Review Civil/Mechanical Drawings and Specifications

Who You Are

• Comprehend construction drawings/prints

• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data entry and uploads


• Industrial experience in civil and structural construction, 4 years

Benefits and Compensation

Compensation: $55.00–$60.00 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
