Job description

This is a full-time remote role for a Civil Litigation Prosecuting Attorney at Pro Se Fraud Hunters. The attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of civil litigation, including filing and arguing motions, attending court hearings and trials, taking and defending depositions, and advising on legal strategies. Responsibilities will also include researching legal precedents, drafting legal documents, and working closely with clients to prosecute fraud-related cases.

  • Knowledge of courts and courtroom procedures
  • Experience handling trials and trial preparation
  • Proficiency in taking and defending depositions

  • Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
  • Experience in fraud prosecution is a plus
