Graver Law in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Litigation-Paralegal for a full-time, in-office role from 9am to 5pm. Some case-by-case remote work may be possible but not preferred.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with 5+ years in plaintiff-side PI litigation, capable of handling filings, discovery, motions, and trial prep. Proficiency with CloudLex and E-filing; Florida/Federal Rules knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recent, hands-on plaintiff-side Personal-Injury litigation experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage a personal-injury litigation caseload from filing through settlement or trial under attorney supervision.
• Draft complaints, answers, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, deposition materials and other litigation documents.
• Coordinate and track written discovery and deposition materials; organize evidence and medical records.
• Prepare matters for mediation and trial; calendar deadlines and hearings; monitor statutes of limitations.
